MW Flatbed Guaranteed Pay

Drivers will operate regionally throughout the Central Midwest pulling 48 ft flatbed trailers.  Guaranteed pay of $1350/week.  You will get home weekly and find yourself traveling 2000 -2500 miles per week.  (For more details, call 888.668.0698)

GUARANTEED PAY REQUIREMENTS

• Be available for dispatch the entire week
• No load refusals
• Turn in paperwork
• 100% on-time delivery – no preventable driver service failures

* If you don’t meet all qualifications, regular MW Flatbed mileage pay applies

QUALIFICATIONS

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years
• Good work history

PAY

Pay ranges from $.47-.54/mile depending on experience. 10 cents per mile is per diem.

• $.01 cpm increase at 90 days
• $.01 cpm annual pay increase until cap is reached – (Cap is $.54 cpm)
• $2500 Bonus paid in full on your 1 year anniversary, must run a minimum of 100,000 miles.
• Monthly Scorecard performance bonus up to $.04 cpm per mile
• Monthly Smartdrive bonus of $.01 per mile
• $50.00 Clean DOT Inspections, Referral Bonuses
• $20 to tarp/untarp / $20 to secure/unsecure (up to $40 total per load)
• $25.00 per pickup & delivery except load origin & final delivery
• Layover, Detention & Breakdown pay when applicable
